Chris and Gaby really put me at ease right from the get go. Never had to have a general anathetic before, and unsurprising I wasn't exactly looking forward to any of this at all. Everyone was great. Chris was very easy to talk to. Even though i was out like a like pretty son after meeting him !

When the day began, I was feeling very nervous but Dr Marshall made me feel very comfortable was kind and caring. He was super friendly and made me feel relaxed by making day to day conversations with me!

A very pleasant gentleman who put me completely at ease although he did have a slight problem inserting the canula before giving me the anaesthetic.

Dr Marshall immediately put me at ease prior to my operation. He sat at my level & spoke directly to me as an individual & and not just another patient on his list. He gave me time and every opportunity to asked questions, also discussed how they would take my blood pressure via my leg. When giving the anaesthetic I felt no discomfort & the bruising to my hand is minimal ( which is amazing as I bruise very easily). He passed by when I was in Recovery & immediately acknowledged me & asked how I was.
